This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of Mintify Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, registration number 15163923 and registered office at 6501, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX (“Mintify” “we” “us” or “our”), outlines how your personally identifiable information and other information about you (your “user information”) will be collected, used, and shared in connection with your access to and/or use of mintify.uk (the “Site”) and any content, features, services, or other offerings that we may provide (collectively, our “Services”). This includes email communications or newsletters that we may send in connection with your use of the Site. This Privacy Statement also describes your choices and rights regarding the use, access to and correction or deletion of your user information in compliance with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the guidelines set forth by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
