Mintify.uk (the “Site”) is a digital service owned and operated by Mintify Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, registration number 15163923 with it’s registered office at 6501, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX (“Mintify” “we” “us” or “our”).

1.0.   Acceptance of Terms

We provide content and services to you via the Site subject to the following conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically by publishing updated Terms on this Site. Such changes will take effect immediately, and it is advisable to routinely review the Site to stay informed about the latest Terms. • advertises, promotes, or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purposes.
• discloses, uses, or attempts to use another person’s account, password, service, or system, unless expressly permitted by these Terms.
• contains, introduces, or transmits viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code, means, or devices, or otherwise disrupts or interferes with the security of the Site, any service, system resource, account, credential, password, server, or network accessible through the Site, or affiliated or linked sites.
• spams an individual or entity by repeatedly responding to their posts or sending them repeated messages, or duplicates a previous post across multiple threads or topics.
• Disguises the origin of the post or impersonates another person or entity.
• collects or stores other users’ personal information or discloses personal, sensitive, or account login information of another person.

Certain violations of these rules may be reported to law enforcement authorities. Mintify reserves the right to disclose any necessary information to comply with any applicable law, regulation, or government request.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in or attempting any actions that compromise the security of the Site. These actions include, but are not limited to:

• unauthorised access to data not intended for you or logging into a server or account without proper authorisation.
• attempting to investigate, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of a system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation.
• attempting to disrupt any service provided to any user, host, or network, which includes, but is not limited to, actions like introducing viruses to the Site, overloading, “flooding,”, “mailbombing,” or “crashing.”
• forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email, forum, or newsgroup posting.
• scraping or gathering data or information through automated means.

Any violations of system or network security may lead to civil or criminal liability. Mintify will conduct investigations into such incidents and may collaborate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting individuals involved in such violations.

3.0.   Services

Mintify serves as a source of general information detailing the various attributes and characteristics of financial products and their providers which are available to the residents of the United Kingdom. Additionally, we facilitate access to comparison data concerning a range of financial products and their providers. It’s important to note that we don’t charge you any fees for this service; nor do we receive compensation from third-party product or service providers.

Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to seek independent advice from third-party service providers regarding specific financial products. If such advice is available, it will be provided directly to you by the third-party service provider, independently of our involvement, and subject to terms agreed upon between you and the said provider. These providers will inform you whether they offer advisory or non-advisory services, and you should clarify this with them if it’s a significant consideration for you. We will never redirect you to a service provider from this site.

It’s important to understand that we don’t sell any products or services through this Site, and nothing on the site should be construed as an offer from us or any third party to provide you with any products or services. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or temporarily suspend the services offered on this website at any time, without prior notice to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintify Limited or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from;

• your use or inability to use the Site.
• any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
• any malicious software, including but not limited to bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar items, that could potentially be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.

As a condition of use of the Site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Mintify and it’s suppliers, each of their affiliated companies, and each of their respective partners, suppliers, licensors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors and agents, from any and all claims (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, trade disparagement, privacy and intellectual property infringement) and damages (including legal fees and court costs) arising from or relating to any allegation regarding:

• any violation of these terms by you

If you are dissatisfied with any component of Mintify’s material, or with any of Mintify’s Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site as applicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We only provide this service to you within, and to use in, England and Wales and reserve the right to restrict or prohibit access to any person not based within the jurisdiction of England and Wales and accept no liability if you access the Site from outside this jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
